After Pre-Degree from The Zamorin's Guruvayoorappan College -Kozhikode,
He had his B.Sc Course in Physics from Christhyan College, Calicut.
He joined in Palora Higher Secondary School in 1985,
after taking the B.Ed Degree from Farookh College, Kozhikode.
He is an experienced social worker.
Now he is residing at Poyilil Thaazham at Ullieri, Koyilandy in Kozhikode.

During the year 1991-1995 Mr.Palayatt was the Project Officer of Total Literacy Programme in Kozhikode district. His works on literacy proramme spread in every nook and corner of the villages in the district. The soulful service of Palayatt in this field was highly appreciated.

"On the way of Morgan; Ater a century" the tour conducted by Palora Higher Secondary School- Ulliyeri was famous with its importance notonly in the field of education, but in historical field too. Mr. Sreedharan Palayatt was the Programe Directer of the tour. The whole Planning was the donation of him and he was the only reason to come this tour in reality, though he had many negatives to face during the time.

Co-ordination of the people those who keep various believes and thoughts on the basis of various religions is becoming a great necessity not only in our society, but in our country as a whole, when communal and religious harmany become injured, our culture become spoiled, attitude become worse, love and affection become loose, corruptions become increase.... In this context, the authorities and wellwishers of Temples, Mosques and social Clubs and Associations at Ulliyeri, Atholi, Naduvannur, Balussery, Panangad and Unnikulam Panchayths in Kozhikode district of the young generation and society, gathered together and formed a committee named as Ulliyeri Mekhala Kshethra-Mahallu Co-Ordination Committee, Ulliyeri. Mr.Sreedharan Palayatt has ellected as the General Secretary of this institution.
